Ernte 2021
Kürzlich konnten wir die Ernte 2021 erfolgreich beenden! Einem späten Austrieb folgte eine relativ trockene und warme Vegetationsperiode, Ende Juli kam dann auch der ersehnte Regen. Ein wunderbarer Spätsommer sorgte für eine enorm rasant steigende Zuckerreife der Trauben, während die kühlen Nächte gleichzeitig für eine äußerst pikante Säurestruktur und eine feine Fruchtausprägung sorgten. Die vollreifen und kerngesunden Trauben wurden von unserer eingespielten Mannschaft im Rekordtempo geerntet, herzlichen Dank dafür!! Wir dürfen uns auf einen außergewöhnlich und vermutlich auch großartigen Jahrgang freuen!
