Our locations
A total of 16 hectares of biodynamically cultivated vineyards are entrusted to us. They lie in the Vienna Basin, in which a sediment sets the tone: the loess. The fine sand (silt) is formed from silicates: quartz, feldspar, mica and clay minerals. Our most important locations are called »Weintal«, »Hohes Eck«, »Steinberg« and »Vogelsang«.
On the very cool, wind-exposed "Wine valley“ One of our most important single-vineyard Veltliners is growing. The loess soil here is very deep and rich in lime humus edition. The old vines produce wonderfully ripe, powerful Veltliner with a wonderfully cool elegance and minerality every year. The specific fresh vineyard climate here gives the wines their fine aroma and complexity.
The location "Vogelsang " share a Grüner Veltliner and our Sauvignon Blanc. The soil is lime-rich and light, characterized by loess (topsoil), sand and sand-lime stone. The wines are very delicate, mineral and with a wonderful elegance and piquancy.
